I’ve worked as a full time trainer for over 20 years. My staff and I believe in getting to know our clients and creating a partnership with them. This collaborative effort between client and trainer ensures the best results. We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals as well as making sure you’re doing all the things you need to do to stay healthy through the process
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult. One of my favorite quotes is "Nobody plans to fail, they only fail to plan." My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits with proper guidance, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
Our workouts are programmed on a weekly basis. Each week our clients receive four brand new workouts (16 per month). These are detailed workouts linked to videos to eliminate confusion. We deliver our programs directly to your computer or phone through the True Coach platform. You have direct messaging capability within the workouts as well as the ability to video yourself for form checks. We will use the equipment you have and tailor a program around your goals and needs.

Just because the gyms of shut down due to the coronavirus that doesn’t mean you cannot workout. Exercise provides way too many important benefits to skip out on it just because it’s not convenient.
